Action Date Time Stamp In REQAPPRV Workflow Notification Is Off (Doc ID 1474145.1)

Symptoms

1. Go to iProcurement -> Create a Requisition (Catalog or Non Catalog)
2. When the requisition is submitted for approval, the email notification is sent to the approver.
3. The email notification has the action date time stamp 4 hours ahead of the system time and all the escalation process is happening 4 hours prior to actual time.
4. While checking the same notification in worklist/application it is displaying the correct timestamp.
