Symptoms
Create a custom Manager Layout where the Line Item grid is moved to the Header tab and Line Item Tab removed. When using this Manager Layout and deleting a Line Item (which is now located on the Header tab), the following error is encountered:
HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/WEB-INF/ml//jsp/Invoice/<CUSTOM LAYOUT>/LineItems.jspx
