Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Argentine AP Localizations

Attempting to run the Argentine Monotributistas Billing vs. Threshold Verification Report, the following error occurs.

Error:
AN ERROR IS CHANGING WHILE SUPPLIER Encountered ORA-01403 100ERROR Applicability: No Data Found
IS AN ERROR IN BEFORE REPORT Encountered ORA-01403 100ERROR FUNCTION: No Data Found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Oracle Payables - 12.1.3 Argentina globalization
JL_ZZ_AP_MONOTRIB_AWT_PKG jlarmtbb.pls 1120.0.12010000.11
Navigation: Invoices > Entry > Invoices
3. Create a MONOTRIBUTISTA SUPPLIER Invoice, then exceeds the Threshold.
Navigation:  Other > Requests > Run
3. Execute the Concurrent Argentine Monotributistas Billing vs. Threshold Verification Report (JLARMTBT_XMLP)
The report fails
or
The report does not update the AWT codes when the report Mode Parameter is in List, Verify and Update option in order to add the withholding tax to all the invoices that are not paid of this supplier.

The issue is in the JL_ZZ_AP_MONOTRIB_AWT_PKG package, in this part of code:

AP_TAX_CODES_ALL data correspond to various organizations, however AP_TAX_CODES data is one of the company in execution.
Having different dates It does not find data for the company in execution.
