When attempting to "compile flexfields" from adadmin,
the following error occurs.

APP-FND-00654: FDFBDF: GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE4 has not been assigned as a descriptive flexfield column
The flexfield compiler has detected that an unrecognized application column is being assigned to a flexfield segment. Please check the FND_COLUMNS table for data integrity problems.
