FIT Taxes Are Being Costed At A Different Value Than What Appears On SOE (Doc ID 1477270.1)

An employee received gross pay that was considerably less than the additional Federal Income Tax (FIT) on their Federal Tax Withholding Form (W4).  This resulted in a net pay of zero.

Employee is set up to have additional Federal Income Tax (FIT) amount taken out of all checks. However, earnings are not sufficient to cover the additional FIT, causing the uncollected FIT to go into arrears.   The costing program is picking up what the taxes would have been plus the additional FIT amount instead of just the additional amount deducted.
