Refine Search Losing Fields When Changing Date Field Operators

Symptoms
An initial search is done on a Date Field that uses two data elements (e.g.using operator "Relative" or "Between"). This is then using Refine Search and changing that to an operator that uses only one field (e.g. After). Clicking on Refine Search one more time results in a screen where fields are missing from being displayed.
