Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
A quote was wrongly entered and the draft submitted. While the quote was in pending internal approval status, a user cancelled the workflow. Now the workflow is in "Cancelled" status and the Quote is in "pending internal approval" status. No action can be performed on the quote.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Able to cancel the Problematic Quote.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Data Corruption. This issue cannot be reproduced at will.
