Symptoms

Cross Validation rule is not working if Segment Value has Segment Separator.

The segment value has '-' which is a segment separator. While entering the  values it gives Invalid COA error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup key flexfield:    Set Segment Separator to Dash (-)

2. Create Value Set Values:

   Create the following values:

   For example : 1-AB-2, 1-\678, 1-34\5, 123\

Create any other values with combinations of the backslash and dash (segment separator).

3. Create Cross Validation Rule Lines

4. Recompile key flexfield

5. Test with this Setup data

For example : create new Journal
