Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.5
When attempting to press the "New Release Instruction " in the Order Base the following error occurs.

at glog.webserver.custscreens.CustScreenEditServlet.appendToEmptyResults(CustScreenEditServlet.java:361)
at glog.webserver.util.AbstractEditServlet.createEmptyElement(AbstractEditServlet.java:221)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1a. Navigate to: Purchase Order > Order Base > Edit > Line Item > Edit Line Item > New Release Instruction.
OR
1b. Navigate to: Purchase Order > Order Base Line > Edit > New Release Instruction, from the Order press the "New Release Instruction " button.
