Symptoms
Find URL in communication notification contains internal URL and not the external URL as expected for an external candidate.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: BAA iRecruitment Recruiter or BAA iRecruitment Manager
2. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - Vacancies tab
3. Search for Vacancy
4. Select vacancy
5. Press View Applicants button
6. Select applicant
7. Press Create Communication button
8. Create communication
9. Press Send button
10. Navigate to IrcVisitor.jsp page.
11. Log in as external candidate.
12. Check URL in communication notification received.
