Frm-40831 Error When Using a Resource That Has an Associated Email Defined with More than 30 Characters (Doc ID 1480485.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to use a resource in the Service Request Form Owner field, or in the Task Owner, or in the Task Assignee field that has an email with more than 30 characters,
one of the following errors is displayed:

Error

FRM-40831; Truncation occurred: value too long for field OWNER_EMAIL

FRM-40831; Truncation occurred: value too long for field ASSIGNEE_EMAIL


Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new SR or query an existing one
2. In the SR Owner field use a resource that has an email with more than 30 characteres.
3. When trying to save, the following error occurs:
    FRM-40831; Truncation occurred: value too long for field OWNER_EMAIL

The same error can occur when using a resource that has an email with more than 30 characteres in the Task Owner field.

4. In the Tasks tab Assignee field use a resource that has an email with more than 30 characters.
5. When try to save, the following error occurs:
FRM-40831; Truncation occurred: value too long for field ASSIGNEE_EMAIL
