Asset Numbers Are Skipped when Post Mass Additions Fails

Symptoms
When posting assets using Post Mass Additions, some asset numbers are skipped if the process fails.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Assets into application via WebADI or Mass Additions
2. Process fails due to errors with asset details
3. When next assets are added, notice asset numbers have been skipped

Sequence FA_ADDITIONS_S has been set with NO CACHE.
