Symptoms

Attempting to import credit memo/ RMA sales order through Autoinvoice (RAXTRX) and receive the following error:

Others exception occured in Tax Accounting routine during Adjustment/Application Accounting

Review of debug, shows the following error:

ar.plsql.arp_det_dist_pkg.copy_trx_lines EXCEPTION OTHERS copy_trx_lines: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
