Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the first name and last name is made blank in both restricted party and contact and only the company name is kept as TMC, then when action>>Screening Services -> Restricted Party Screening is performed, there are no records shown in the Restricted Party Screening page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Even when first name and last name is made blank and only value is present for company name, then performing restricted party screening should show relevant restricted party records
