Using Max Out XML Profile on Billing XML but TransOrder element will not come out (Doc ID 1482121.1)

Symptoms

Currently in 6.2.3, using the MAX OutXMLProfile is not causing the TransOrder element to come out of OTM even though the element exists in the Schema under Billing/Shipment/TransOrder.
