Symptoms

 In different scenario such as hire a new employee or submitting the leave transaction, the following error occurs

Error: ORA-20001: Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy No Person Record Exists

"Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy, no person record exists with the person id <person ID> as of sysdate. Please contact your System Administrator to correct the data issue"
