BEST PRACTICES:

Run the Receivables Period Close Analyzer before closing the period to proactively identify this issue, as well as many other issues that will prevent you from closing the period.
If you post to multiple EBS subledgers, use the EBS Period Close Process Analyzer for a smoother period close.

Create Accounting is not picking up INV_CREATE and/or CM_CREATE events.

Invoices and/or Credit Memos are showing on the Receivables Period Close Analyzer with INV_CREATE and/or CM_CREATE event as not processed.

NOTE: This issue is applicable to both Invoices and Credit Memos, with or without rules.

STEPS
----------
1. Run Create Accounting, invoices are not being selected for processing.
2. Run Receivables Period Close Analyzer, events display.
