Symptoms
When the locale on the server is set to use a comma for the number's decimal
place, this should be permitted in the integration values for monetary
fields.
Currently, the following error is encountered:
THE NUMBER ELEMENT FinancialAmount.MonetoryAmount WITH VALUE X,X IS NOT IN A
NUMBER FORMAT
