Symptoms

When attempting to import personalizations as functional administrator or import any document, the following error results:

Could not import any document.
Error while importing following files:
C:\Exports\oracle\apps\dir=<DIR>\customizations\function\OIE_CARD_EXPENSE_MAP_TYPES_P
G\mapping\webui\MapCodesPG.xml
