Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Setting agreement to Acceptance required by signature shows as status requires signature in ISP but supplier
has no option to sign the document as 'sign document' option is missing in acknowledge form
in custom responsibility

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Except button 'sign document' when opening PO for acceptance required set to signature

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create agreement set acceptance required to signature in PWB or Core PO terms section
2. login as supplier isp full access
3. navigate to orders
4. either open the order by clicking on the orders link or select order and click on acknowledge
does not give option to sign signature
