Symptoms

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop, the following error occurs:


ERROR

complete wait for cto xxxxxx
error in Handle_Bulk_Mode_Per_Order ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'WAIT_FOR_CTO' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxx'.
IN ship_confirm_new OTHERS ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'WAIT_FOR_CTO' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxx'.



STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be seen with the following steps:

  1. Login to Oracle Applications
  2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
  3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Shipping, Transactions
  4. Ship Confirm the desired Sales Order and Launch Interface Trip Stop SRS.
  5. Observe the error in the Interface Trip Stop Log.
