Autoinvoice and Transactions Workbench: RAXTRX: Error Calling Raapic() and Transactions Form Raises Multiple Errors: FRM-40735, ORA-01403, ORA-01795 (Doc ID 1486824.1)

Symptoms

This note also has been included in Note 1336495.1, Transactions Workbench Error: Listing of ORA Errors and Note 1321612.1, Transactions Workbench Error: Listing of FRM Errors

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

Attempting to run Autoinvoice Import Program(RAXTRX) and receive the following error:

ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
Error calling arcdaa_do_autoaccounting()
Error calling raaddl()
Error calling raapic()


Attempting to Save AR transaction Lines in Transactions Workbench (ARXTWMAI) and receive the following error:

FRM-40735:ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01795.
ORA-01403:no data found

1) If the records of assignment rules is equal or less then 1000, both RAXTRX and ARXTWMAI are fine.
2) If the records of assignment rules is more then 1000, RAXTRX and ARXTWMAI will get error lists above.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager

Navigation: Autoinvoice > Submit

 

Or

 

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Revenue Management > Revenue Contingencies > Assignment Rules
[Update] on Rule List
[Update] on Parameter
[Add Values]
