OTM Is Missing Public Cost Types [Damage and Salvage] (Doc ID 1487373.1)

The online help topic "Claim Cost Type" says that a claim cost type of "DAMAGE" is loaded as public data to make the cost apply on the claim. (Financials > Power Data > General > Claim Cost Type) The data does not exist on a fresh OTM install, however, and without these claim cost types in public data, OTM does not apply these costs to a shipment.

Check the following to see if the issue exists:

1. Navigate to Financials > Power Data > General > Claim Cost Type

2. Search for "DAMAGE"

If Damage is not present, then this issue exists.
