Error FRM-40212: Invalid OE_ORDER_NUM When Attempting to Find a Corrected RMA to Receive or Deliver

When attempting to find corrected RMA to receive or deliver the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A) OM responsibility
Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
Search for RMA Order Number
Status of line is Awaiting Return Disposition
FLOW CODE AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOS
WORKFLOW LINE STATUS
LIN_ID PROCESS_NAME ACTIVITY_NAME RESULT ACT_STATUS INT_PROCESS_NAME INT_ACTIVITY_NAME
#### Return Receiving - Line Start Null Complete RMA_RECEIVING_SUB START
#### Return Receiving - Line Utility to Get Line Category Return Complete RMA_RECEIVING_SUB UTIL_GET_LINE_CATEGORY
#### Return Receiving - Line Wait for receiving Complete Complete RMA_RECEIVING_SUB RMA_WAIT_FOR_RECEIVING
#### Return Receiving - Line Wait for inspection Notified RMA_RECEIVING_SUB RMA_WAIT_FOR_INSPECTION
B) Inventory responsibility
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts RCVRCERC form
2. Customer tab
3. Enter RMA number for search criteria.
4. Click on Find button
C) The same error occurs on Receiving > Receiving Transactions form RCVTXERT when trying to find the RMA line to deliver.
