Symptoms

Issue 1:
While trying to automate transactions by loading move orders using the INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.PROCESS_TRANSACTIONS API, while the Organization ID is correctly filled, the following error occurs in the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (MTI) table :

ERROR
-----------------------
Organization ID is either blank or invalid. Please re-enter

Note: The Org_ID used is a child organization and the item is correctly setup for the specific transaction.

Issue 2:
Another similar example reported:

Can't complete Move Order when using inserting into MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.

Trying to use the MTI interface to move quantities from A subinventory to B subinventory.

Input:
Load move order data into mtl_transactions_interface and
mtl_transaction_lots_interface, then run "Launch Interface Managers".
The move order process is not successful, we get error message:

"Subinventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization" in table mtl_transactions_interface.

Customer reports that he checked item on-hand quantity, lot number expiration date, etc, but is unable to resolve the issue

Error Message:|Error: The material pick release and pick confirm process completed with errors.|ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_Trolin_Util Procedure
