Appointment Manager Retaining Infeasibility When Priority is Changed

An appointment is scheduled for a low priority shipment which is correctly designated as infeasible. When a higher priority is scheduled and replaced the previous slot for the lower priority shipment, the appointment remains displayed as infeasible, even though it is not.
