When trying to delete a person record, receive error: "APP-PAY-06237: You cannot delete this person, assignment actions exist".  However, when searching for assignment actions, none are seen via View > Assignment Process Results.

Similarly, you are aware that a certain assignment action exists, but it is not visible in View > Assignment Process Results.

How does one roll back an assignment action that cannot be seen in Assignment Process Results?
