Promotional Goods Modifier Is Not Honoured When Unit Selling Price Of An Order Line Is Modified (Doc ID 1491185.1)

PRG modifiers does not take into account manual adjustments made in Order value

Scenario : Promotional goods modifier is being used to add Freight Charges to particular order. This freight gets added as additional line in sales order using PRG modifiers.

Freight PRG setup Scenario > If order value between 1 to 500 apply Freight of 30 USD
If order value between 500 to 2500 apply Freight of 50 USD
If order value between 2500 to 999999999 apply Freight of 100 USD

If an Order Line with value of 550 USD is added and save, FREIGHT Line of 50 USD gets applied which is as expected. In case any manual adjustment like apply 20 % discount is added manually to the order line (550 - 550 *0.2) = 440, the Freight line doesn't change . It remains at 50 USD. It is expected that when manual adjustments are applied, corresponding PRG modifier lines should get adjusted against the order value. In this case the Freight applied should be 30 USD after manual adjustments
