Symptoms

IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager fails with the following:

      IEXXmlDelivery [Sep-17-2012 14:24:08]: Calling processTemplate procedure without language parameter
      Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

Additionally, you may also have a process that fails with the following:

     glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: double free
