Symptoms

When submitting PO for approval the workflow fails with the following error and the Print purchase order job not submitted automatically:

PO_NEW_COMMUNICATION #EXCEPTION -4061
ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT"
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_COMMUNICATION_PVT.PO_NEW_COMMUNICATION, POAPPRV, <wf item key>, .... , RUN)
