Symptoms

You are unable to generate asset lines, when capitalizing either raw or burdened costs.
Costs have been distributed, and assets have dates placed in service.

The process is run using a PA Through Date parameter value that is greater than the PA Dates of the cost distribution lines of the expenditures to be capitalized, but they are still not processed onto asset lines.
