Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
Unable to book a Sales Order line as it is Stuck in Entered status.  Workflow line status shows Ship Exception Error ORA- 20001.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Sales Order
3. Header is in BOOKED status
4. Go to line 2.1 > Observe line status is stuck in ENTERED
