Goal

When PLAN SHIPMENTS WITH CARRIER COMMITMENT is true, cost is not recalculated for some cases, such as, multi-equipment shipment, schedule instance shipment, tendered shipment, current leg reusing previous leg equipment & This is as designed. What are the list of all the cases where the cost is NOT recalculated when PLAN SHIPMENTS WITH CARRIER COMMITMENT is TRUE?
