Purpose

Information Center: Troubleshooting Customers Workbench in Oracle Receivables 11.5.10 and later > Note 1493002.1

This document provides an overview and setup requirements for creating and updating accounts via Customer Interface. It includes information on how to determine the values to place in the reference columns in the interface tables to add additional records to existing accounts or to update existing accounts.

NOTE:  This is a working document.  Please check in frequently for updates.

Scope

Focus of this setup is Oracle Trading Community Release 11i and 12.
