How is the Reprocess Date on the Retro-Notifications Report Determined? (Doc ID 1494449.1)

Goal

When retroactive changes are made in the middle of a pay period, sometimes the reprocess date on the Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) is the effective date of the change and sometimes it is the effective date of the associated payroll period.

Is this correct?  How is the Reprocess Date determined?
