R12 After the Upgrade, GLLDEL Program - Delete Journal Import Data Is Not Available for Submission Under 'Submit A New Request' Form (Doc ID 1495136.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Release 12 the users are unable to delete data from journal import table GL_INTERFACE because the program GLLDEL -  Program - Delete Journal Import Data does not exist.
According to Note 560907.1 How to delete data from the gl_interface table in Oracle General Ledger R12? , this program is no longer run from a form, it is now run from SRS (Submit Requests window).
But when navigating to the Submit Request window, Program - Delete Journal Import Data does not exist in the list of values.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. After upgrading to R12, under General Ledger responsibility
  2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a new request
  3. Look for Program - Delete Journal Import Data
  4. Verify this program is not available

Changes

 Upgraded to R12.
