Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2
When attempting to run purge the following error occurs.
ERROR AND STEPS

SQL> @purge_partitioned_tables
This routine will truncate the oldest partition for each table that has been identified to be purged
at the inputted frequency. The valid values are 'Q' for quarterly, 'MM' for monthly,
or 'WW' for weekly, or 'D' for daily.
By purging the old data, it can prepare room for the next week, month, or quarter.
