ATO Item Goes to Supply Eligible Instead of Awaiting For Supply (Doc ID 1497182.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When sales order line is in status 'Awaiting Shipping' and we delete the reservation, it goes back to 'Supply Eligible'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the line to go back to 'Awaiting Supply' status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open sales order form,
query an existing order, order # 145001000227
there is one ATO item in the sale order line
line 1.1 has on hand reserved against it and has status of 'awaiting shipping'
2. On item reservation window
organization: XXX
item: XXX
type: Inventory
need by date: 12-SEP-2012
uom: EA
quantity: 1
3. Delete the reservation
4. The order line status go back to ‘Supply Eligible’.
