Shipments Not Updated in FTI When Start Time Changed (Doc ID 1497609.1)

Symptoms

Shipments do not get updated in FTI when the Date of the Start Time is changed. When the ETL process attempts to update the original Shipment record in the HDOWNER.F_SHIPMENT_DETAIL table the Date from the Start Time is included in the where clause in the Update statement in P_LOAD_SHIPMENT_DETAIL Procedure. The update is not executed in HDOWNER since the Date of the Start Time has changed in OTM.
