ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The CIP amount is negative in the Capital Project Screen.
In the Capitalization > Capital Projects, the CIP is negative at the project level, but when drilled down to the Task Amounts, the CIP is correct.
Per ID 978873.1, PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries and PRC: Update Project Performance Data were run; however the CIP is still negative at the project level.
And, PRC: Refresh Transaction Summary Amounts was also run.
