The following error message should be displayed instead of 'JE_PT_CANNOT_INCOMPL_TRX' :
'APP-JE-201001: Transaction cannot be incomplete because an encrypted signature has been assigned to it. Use Credit Memo Void functionality to cancel this transaction and enter a new one, if necessary.'
Currently, the system displays: "JE_PT_CANNOT_INCOMPL_TRX".
