The vertical scroll bar is not always visible in the related order releases on a shipment from
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The vertical scroll bar should be always visible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a shipment on shipment manager.
2. On the search result screen, expand the shipment details by using '+' .
3. Expand order Releases
4. Vertical scroll bar is missing
5. Some times it is visible after moving the horizontal scroll bar to the right
