Validate Application Accounting Definitions for Assets fails due to error 95617.

Technical problem: Error encountered in product API fa_xla_cmp_accounting_pkgUser-Defined Exception.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Validate Application Accounting definitions

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the AAD and thus run create accounting.
