Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Create/Rollback Journal Entries

Validate Application Accounting Definitions for Assets fails due to error 95617.

FND debug messages show:

Technical problem: Error encountered in product API fa_xla_cmp_accounting_pkgUser-Defined Exception.
