Rxi Reports Complete in Error With 'get_summary_info_stmt' and ORA-01480 (Doc ID 1499519.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Rxi reports such as the FARXBK module: RXi: Fixed Assets Book, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Publishing concurrent program OFA : RXFABK.
Publishing request ID 4398996.
Its not a BIDI char set
Its not a BIDI language
Error executing cursor.
ORA-01480: trailing null missing from STR bind value
ORA-01480: trailing null missing from STR bind value
ERROR: Unable to execute cursor in farxplsf(get_summary_info_stmt)
ORA-01480: trailing null missing from STR bind value

This error affects all Rxi reports.
