Issue

  Name region prompts get corrupted while trying to save data
  without entering data in field "Kana name (first)" where
  PERSON.FIRST_NAME is set as REQUIRED=TRUE in the personalization.

Error

  No error happens.

Reproducible steps

 1. Personalize "People" form.
     set REQUIRED=TRUE for item PERSON.FIRST_NAME
 2. Open a form"People".
  (N) People -> Enter and Maintain
 3. See a form"Find Person".
 4. Push a button "New".
 5. Enter values to Name fields and the other mandatory fields. Leave the "Kana First Name" as blank.
 6. Push a button "Save".
 7. Name region changed as follows.

  Last_M
  First_M
  Title_M
  Prefix_M
  Suffix_M
  Middle_M

Expected behavior

  Name field prompts don't get corrupted while trying to save data without entering data in field "Kana name(first)".
