Symptoms
A Rate Factor entered as (e.g.) 10.4 is stored in the DB as 10.40000000000000035527136788005009293556
Since the factor is now exceeding 10.4, subsequent calculations are wrong.
To reproduce:
Enter the value of 10.4 manually via the UI into the Source Rate Factor.
Run the query select * from rate_factor through the backdoor, you will see the incorrectly stored value.
