R12: AP: Cannot Validate AP Invoice in Invoice Workbench Due to Unexpected Error During Tax Calculation (Doc ID 1501993.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from OA release 11i to OA release 12, when attempting to validate Invoice, the following error occurs.

 

FND log shows:

ZX.PLSQL.ZX_SRVC_TYP_PKG.POP_ESTB_ID.BEGIN 1 ZX_SRVC_TYP_PKG: Pop_Estb_Id()+
