Find performance delay, taking up to 10 minutes to perform the following actions in the Sales Order Form:

1) Navigating from Order Header to Lines
2) Entering an item in the ordered item field and then tabbing out to the quantity field.

TKPROF Shows following expensive sql:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > New Order
3. Enter Order Header > Click on Line Items , See performance
4. On Line Items , Item is selected and tabbing out causes delay again


 Upgrade to Rel 12.1/12.2
