Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.5 wehn an event is uploaded to OTM with an Actual the actual is added, this can be seen in thte log, however directly after another event is added for the same shipment and the actual information is lost.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the actual information to be added and to remain on the Shipment and not be removed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a Shipment in OTM.
2. Send in two events via integration at the same time.
