Reset Button Does Not Work Properly when submitting a report (Doc ID 1504988.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.0 version.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Working with reports in OTM.

After the report is set to run click submit button and the report shows up in another window. However after clicking the reset button, the submit button is still disabled.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After clicking in reset the submit button should be enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto OTM.

2 - Navigate to: Order Management > Reports > Orders by Pickup Stop (or any other Report).

3 - Enter a Shipment ID.

4 - Select Report Format: Excel

5 -Delivery Method: Display on screen.

6 - Click the 'Submit' button, the report shows up in another window.

7 - Click the 'Reset' button, the submit button is still disabled.
